The 45° viewing angle and 48-75mm interpupillary distance of the eyepiece tube provide hours of relaxed viewing, with an extended "butterfly" movement for individual positioning.

With a light split of 20/80 through the activated Trino port, the AE2000MET incorporates Motic's superior CCIS® Infinity concept, offering BF/DF objectives specifically designed for metallurgical samples. Multi-layer coated glass lenses deliver aberration-free images with improved field flatness and resolution.

The microscope is equipped with a powerful 12V/100W Halogen light source, supporting Darkfield and POL contrast requirements. Motic's thoughtful implementation of a "sleep mode" with an IR motion sensor ensures energy efficiency and safety.

For Darkfield observation, the AE2000MET features an eye protection mechanism to automatically adjust illumination intensity, preventing potential glare when switching to Brightfield. The package includes a set of polarizer & analyzer for simple POL contrast.

The Trinocular version is recommended for convenient camera adaption. The Moticam series of digital C-mount cameras, including the Moticam 580, Moticam X, and X2, provide excellent live images, ready for presentations and storage. All cameras come with proprietary software, transforming the AE2000MET into a comprehensive analysis and documentation station.

For limited space, the Moticam 580 is ideal for High Resolution image presentations on an HDMI screen without a computer. Wireless models, Moticam X and X2, allow tablet and smartphone control through the "MotiConnect" App, turning your microscope into a versatile tool accessible remotely.
